> 30/01/25 - We have released the newest version. Thank you for your patience, credentials will remain the same.

> 13/01/25 - We have received authorization to use TaoWorld API, meaning that we are one step ahead from full release. Target Release will be the 30th of January, however we firmly believe we can deploy a couple days before. Future Updates will appear here, thanks for your understanding.

> 1/01/26 - Happy new year customers! We have performed a new migration to a new database, this way we say goodbye to the old database used for our first version. Future updates will appear here, have a nice new year!

ShipzoBuy is currently executing a **complete platform rebuild from the ground up**. This is not an incremental update—core services, databases, APIs, and internal tooling are being redesigned and reimplemented to improve performance, scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability.

### Scope of the Rebuild

The new system introduces:

* A restructured **frontend website with a new way of finding the products you love.**
* We are replacing the existing infrastructure with a faster, more scalable, and more reliable platform designed to support future features and higher order volumes.
* New API with new endpoints (get shipping rates, get product info)
* More warehouse-customer communication and transfer of information

As a result, the new platform is **not directly compatible** with the current system.

### Migration Process & what it means to you

* **Migrations will take place** during this transition
* Some features may temporarily change or be unavailable
* Existing data (orders, addresses, balances, etc.) will be safely migrated to the new system

### Timeline & Deployment

* **Target release:** **30 January**
* Early release is possible if validation and load testing complete ahead of schedule
* Rollout may be **progressive**, with services enabled in stages

### User Impact

* No immediate action is required unless announced
* The website has been closed, and will open when V2 is released. ALL orders have been shipped out, if there is an incident in your order it will appear in the Global Track Shipzobuy Global service when inputting your tracking number [here](https://track.shipzobuy.com/global-track). Any disputes will have a longer resolution time to allow the customer to open a dispute the 30th of January.

### Communication & Updates

All migration notices, maintenance windows, and release confirmations will be communicated **exclusively through this channel**.

Please monitor this space closely until the new system is fully live.
